Sales Broker (Producer)
This is a hybrid model; two days in office, 3 days at home
Commercial/Personal Lines Account Manager

Responsibilities
• Find solutions for customers who need all kinds of insurance, not just standard auto
• Embrace the digital progression of the business
• Use technology and all the latest tools to make the sales process easy for clients
• New quoting
• Process changes
• Meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements
• RIBO license is required or the ability to convert OTL to RIBO
• 4-5 years of experience in Personal/Commercial Insurance
• Proven sales track record
• Fully embrace technology, high level of computer skills
• Comfortable working by phone, e-mail, text and smart phone
• Exceptional organization and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• People person with a high degree of professionalism
• Not afraid to ask for the sale, referral or cross sales
• Competitive and goal oriented
• Outgoing
• Works well within a team and Independent self-starter
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge and previous experience working with Keal (Sig)and compu-quote will be an
asset
• Customer focused attitude
