Office Administrator, Receptionist 


This is a full time in office role, there is not a work from home option. 

Responsibilities 


• Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude 
• Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls 
• Sorting, folding and distributing mail 
• Managing office’s general mailbox 
• Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, emails 
• Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks such as pulling reports and writing 
insurance confirmations 
• Keep front of office clean with tidying, opening and closing duties 
• Receiving and processing payments from walk-in clients 
• Problem solving 
• Self-management to accomplish goals and work assignments 
• Additional projects as required
